The wellbeing philosophy of the StillPoint is simple – programs that treat both the mind and body are the key to lasting health and vitality.
The body and mind are inextricably linked. It is not enough to just take care of the body through diet and movement. Regular care and attention also needs to be paid to the mind to mitigate the effects of stress and busy lifestyles.
The wellbeing programs offered by the StillPoint embody this philosophy, and are the culmination of years of first hand experience, knowledge and training on how to improve how we feel.
