Corporate Yoga Classes

Regular yoga classes are a fantastic addition to any corporate wellbeing program. Yoga helps employees to process workplace stress and anxiety, create a better work/life balance and foster a sense of community in the office.
The StillPoint teaches corporate classes predominantly in the Sydney area. With clients in North Sydney, Sydney CBD, St Leonards, Mosman and Cromer. Current and previous clients include blue chip companies such as Woolworths, KPMG, Diageo, Carnival Australia, Free TV & Roche.
Classes are usually 60 minutes in duration, and are held either before work, at lunchtime or after work. However, the StillPoint is also available to come and teach longer workshop style classes at team building days and conferences both in Sydney and interstate.
The following styles of yoga are offered to help create balance in the body and mind.
Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing, dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes synching breath with mindful movement.
Vinyasa improves fitness, flexibility, stability, balance and state of mind with regular practice.
Gentle Hatha
Taught at a slower pace than a vinyasa yoga class. Students are given more time to find their way into a pose and correct alignment, making it the perfect starting point for those newer to yoga.
Gentle hatha helps create more space and openness in the body, and calms the mind.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is very different from traditional yoga and involves long, passive holds of asana. Students mostly sit or lie down for the duration of class, making it a deeply nourishing, restorative and meditative practice.
