Studio Yoga Classes

The StillPoint’s studio classes are predominantly on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Currently, Debbie can be found teaching at Qi Health & Yoga in Freshwater & Manly. Debbie offers the following styles of yoga:
Dynamic Hatha
Blends hatha yoga with the fluid elements of a vinyasa flow class.
Students can expect a strong practice that emphasizes synching breath with mindful movement to create harmony in the body and mind.
Yin Yoga
A complex and meditative practice involving long, passive holds of asana that allow us to work deep into the body’s connective tissues. Whilst much gentler than a traditional yoga class, students can still expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
